Would a college accept a resit student with bad grades

I'm currently in year 12, and I just took my AS level exams. My goal is to go to Uni, but my AS exams went terribly. I took Computer Science, History and Maths. If I were to honestly predict my grades they would look like this:
Computer Science D-C
History E-D
Maths U (It's definitely a U)

I'm currently planning on retaking year 12. I would probably be able to resit at my school, but I would prefer to move. However, I'm worried that another college won't accept me. My poor grades and poor attendance (Around 65%) are not very inspiring and my area doesn't have a lot of 6ths forms. Would a 6th form college give someone who messed up like me a second chance?
