Student fees problem
HelloI have an issue with my student fees. if anyone can give me some advice it will greatly be appreciated.First of all, I am a Sri Lankan national and have been living in the UK for the past ten years. However, in 2016 I faced some visa issues and it was solved in 07/2018. The problem is that when I apply for student finance England they require for evidence to show i was living in the UK for the past 3 years. I am unable to provide solid evidence of my visa status in that time period due to visa issues (which was to blame to the home office). I put an application in January 2017 and finally it was successful. so technically my 3-year period is completed in January 2020. If so can I apply for student finance in January to cover the rest of the year? By the way, I am doing an undergraduate course.
