exactly and baby steps work
group project - dont try to become leader immediately and manage everything, just try to contribute a bit more than you usually do and discuss a bit more, maybe say a few more sentences or arrange 1 meeting together and take charge of just one event
academics - dont aim for 80% in exams, just do 5% better than last time
talking to opposite gender 1 on 1 = dont try to have a full on conversation with them with flirting, cross references and amazing engagement, just try to start one conversation with a mutual topic like upcoming large events or ask for the time/location of a place even if you already know it to practice conversing
