Asda life assessment

I applied for a store assistant position got asked to go to a life assessment?
What is that / what’s it like in scared of making any mistakes
- what tasks do they ask you to do
- is it a group? It didn’t specify

I’m so confused Iv hit an all time low having my life assessed by Asda 🤡

I got invited to one but never took it up so take my idea with a grain of salt :laugh:

I think it is just a hands-on assessment kind of thing! Just take it in your stride and take it as it goes, don't worry about it too much! :hugs:

It’s a group assessment. It’s really easy and stress-free. You basically get a tour of the store and you might have to complete simple tasks like tidying shelves, making sure things are in order of expiry date etc. You’re asked to say what you enjoyed about being on the shopfloor and what you didn’t enjoy. Like I said, it’s really simple. Good luck :biggrin:
