No.
Insurance is different for everyone - one company might quote me £500 a year, but quote you £5,000 a year for exactly the same vehicle.
No because there are too many variables. Model age& engine size of car, your address, age & driving experience. They will vary between companies so for one person one company will be cheaper than another, but could be completely opposite for someone else!
