Graduate Entry Medicine Funding for NI students

I have been offered a place to study graduate entry medicine in Swansea supposed to be starting in September. Students typically get help with funding in the form of an NHS bursary as this is graduate entry and most will have used their student finance option for undergraduate study, however I have since found out that as I live in NI (part of the United Kingdom) I am not entitled to any help with funding. In this time when it's highlighted that we need as many students going through medicine as possible I find this a very hard pill to swallow that just because I come from a different part of the UK I most likely will have to turn down this offer as I am unable to personally find (as I doubt most would) 40K in fees plus manage to rent and live in Swansea as a student for 4 years.
