I haven't applied yet however I am thinking of applying. I would also like to know how people (especially UK) are funding their degree. The money is a major drawback. I heard that its 1500 euros just to submit application fee which is mad

Hi there! I am considering applying to UNIC as a UK resident for 2023 undergraduate entry. In terms of the application procedure, do you simply fill out the information request on the website and then they get back to you with the actual application form? And for the form itself, what sort of things do you need to include- a personal statement, grades etc etc? And are you applying as a high school leaver or a post graduate? If I do end up applying and I get in, my parents will be funding my studies as we don’t have access to student finance abroad. I’ve read that they have scholarships worth 20% available based on the financial needs of the student. Maybe it’s something you could apply for?

hey!! i actually applied and received an offer but i declined. too expensive.
but youll be assigned like an admissions advisor and she'll do everything on her hand, you just have to pay the fee and pretty much it.
you just need to include your grades, i didnt need to do a PS, because its pretty much spoken about in the interview.
Wish you the best!

Hi! I ended up figuring out how to apply and did so. Had an interview last week and got an offer a couple of days ago. I accepted the offer, but yes, it is expensive. And thank you! Wishing you all the best too!

Hi I’ve just received an offer, as well! And I think I’m going to accept just a big move from the uk. Also unsure if I have a chance with the Uk vet schools. So hope to see you there
It's great to hear that you've applied for a degree at UNIC, but I understand that funding your degree can be a major concern. Many students face similar challenges when it comes to financing their education, and there are several options available to help with this.

Firstly, you might want to consider scholarships and grants. UNIC offers a variety of scholarships to help students fund their education. It's worth checking their website to see if you're eligible for any of these scholarships or grants. Additionally, there are many external organizations that offer funding for international students. It's worth doing some research online to see what options are available to you.

Another option is to take out a student loan. The UK government offers student loans to eligible UK residents who are studying at universities in the UK. You can also explore private loan options, although it's important to be aware of the interest rates and repayment terms before taking out a loan.

Finally, you might want to consider working part-time while you study to help cover your living expenses. Many students work part-time jobs while they study, and this can be a great way to gain work experience and earn some extra money.

Overall, there are many options available to help finance your degree at UNIC. It's important to do your research and explore all of the options available to you. Best of luck with your studies!
Does anyone know how many places are available in Year 5 and Year 6 if you choose to do the clinical placement in Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust?

I’m not sure on the exact number, but I’ve heard that spaces are quite limited and based on a first come first serve basis.

Hi, i know I am not allowed to ask about specific interview questions and i am not. However I have seen nothing in regards to style? Are they similar to most UK unis e.g. Ethics, personal attributes? Or are they more science based?
Hope I am okay to ask this!

Hey!! They do send you a document with advice regarding style of questions and what to prepare once you receive your interview. Similar to UK I’d say prepare in the same way- hope this helps!
