Student Finance Wales - Having trouble reapplying :(

For the past few days I've been trying to login into the website to reapply for the next academic year as I'm currently in the second year of my course. But for the past week or so the login page just doesn't respond at all and vie tried multiple browsers.

I've tried calling their undergraduate helpline but receive no response which is probably due to the current pandemic. What should I do?

Are you with Virgin? This seems to be a common problem recently. Try using mobile data or hot-spot and see if that fixes it.
