UCAS Email Address Change greyed out

My friend put his College email in his UCAS Application, but he wants to change it to his personal email because he's not sure how long he will have access to the College address, and also because he wants University correspondance sent to his personal email address. In UCAS Track the option to change anything is greyed out. Any help would be appreciated

It’s greyed out because UCAS is currently frozen, the only thing he can currently do is change his password, however when Track reopens 8am tomorrow he should be able to change his email address then.
