University of Surrey Campus Card - Can I smile
I am just filling out the online self service for Surrey but i'm not sure on the rules of the photo for the campus card. The guidelines say a passport-like photo, but an example i've seen has someone smiling. What exactly should my picture look like? And does the background need to be white or plain? Thanks

They will probably allow you a bit more slack, but roughly keep to the rules.
