> What are you currently studying? Maths, further maths and geography (all AQA) and the dreaded EPQ

> What grades do you hope to achieve? I mean A*A*A and A in EPQ would be the dream, but realistically I think all As would be the limit!

> How are you feeling about this year? A bit terrified ngl, I don’t feel prepared or grown up enough for Y13 and university stuff :hide:

> Got a GYG (grow your grades) blog? I’ll update this when I start my blog in a few days time, it will be my 4th :headfire:

I haven't made the final decision, but I think I want to study Sociology, and I've been looking at Leicester, UEA, Sheffield, Nottingham (U of & Trent), Coventry. Loughborough and Lincoln. Now I've got to work on narrowing down and researchng
> Thinking about a gap year?
I've thought about it, but I'm not sure what I'd spend my time doing during it

Get a degree. The careers I'm interested in post uni are the sorts that don't need a certain degree. Sociology is a common degree in the areas I'm thinking of going into

Hi jemima0103,

Great to see you are considering studying at Coventry University! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us! I also recommend attending our virtual (and hopefully soon also face to face) open days - it is a great opportunity to get a feeling of a university and to speak with lecturers and current students! Applicants find it very helpful.

hi I'm Josie

hobbies/interests: baking and my local youth council

currently studying: sociology (OCR) media studies (WJEC/eduqas) and an epq (AQA)

grades you hope to achieve: my GCSEs were all 4s and 5s so I want strong A levels so I'm aiming for triple A

universities/courses: an HND in business at Kingston but most likely an apprenticeship in business

how do you feel about this year: bit scared but I feel like I did the right thing last year so hopefully I'll be ok
