Student Finance Problem
Hi there, I have a problem with Student Finance. Apparently, my residency evidence got scanned twice for the wrong team and now I must wait, and I will lose the place at my University. I do not why how this could have happened because it is just strange for my evidence to be scanned twice and processed by the wrong team and then I must wait more. I was wondering if there can be anything done because I will lose my place at the university as they are asking me for my documents. Is there anything that can be done regarding my application as I have just been waiting, and nobody knows anything concrete about my application.
Any idea what to do in this situation? I mean I've been waiting for a long time and I applied since they started to take applications to still wait for mine while everyone else that I know has their Student Finance sorted out.
