Virtual Open Days

Hi everyone

Just to let you all our next Virtual Open Day is taking place on 26 September. You can sign up here: https://www.staffs.ac.uk/visit/undergraduate-open-day#dotmailer-form.

Our virtual open days give you the opportunity to find out more about our courses, chat to current students and quiz our lecturers - all from the comfort of your own home.

Our digital platform will give you the chance to experience our events from anywhere in the world, and you'll still get access to the all of the same great insights into Staffordshire University.

Just like our other open days, our Virtual Open Days will have talks and tours at specific times of the day. You can choose convenient time slots to view subject, finance, and student experience talks, and visit various course booths to find out more about your study options.

Planning to attend? Here are our five top tips:

1. Have your log in details ready: You'll receive an email from our virtual event platform prompting you to set up password on the evening before the event is due to start. Make sure to make a note of these details, so you have these to hand, when it's time to log in and start exploring.

2. Choose your talks: From finance to the Students' Union, we've got loads of talks available on demand so it's up to you what order you do things in.

3. Find your subject area: We've split all our courses into easy to navigate subject areas so it's easy to find info on the course you're interested in.

4. Chat to lecturers: Our lecturers are online for the whole event so whether you have a really quick question, or something that's a bit more complex, they're ready and waiting to chat.

5. Don't panic: Didn't get time to check out all the areas you were interested? Don't worry - we leave our events online for the whole week the event so you can always log in and catch up on what you missed.

Don't worry. We have more coming up next year. Our next Stoke one (majority of courses) is on 27 March and our next Stafford one (majority of healthcare courses) is on 20 March.
