Wrist pain
So I’ve had this wrist problem on and off for 4 years. It occurs 6ish times a year where randomly my wrist with be painful and aches, I can’t bend it or hold things for very long. There’s no bruising or swelling and the pain will die down in 1-6 weeks. I really don’t know what’s wrong with it 
You might have arthritis. Go to a GP, and let them check
