I have 3 years of residence, but I'm not a permanent resident yet. Am I ineligible for SF?

If you don’t hold settled status and are Bangladeshi you wouldn’t be eligible. Do you hold any status? Is it just LLR?

How old are you? You could possibly get Tuition fee only as the family member of an EU/British national?
