Hey guys,
anyone getting this error (title) when they are trying to log into Portico?

Context:
1- I submitted my application but did not receive a confirmation.
2-Received confirmation of reception of my reference letter.
3- I made the payment to apply but did not receive a confirmation from UCL and I see it on my bank statement.

I cannot see the status of my application and worried it wont go through in time for the deadline........

Error being: Having no active containers may mean that you have no Portico access levels set. Heads of Department are now responsible for amending Portico access levels.

& Not seeing an application on the main portico log in page....

HELPPPP UCL is not answering, I opened a ticket.
