laptop suggestions

I am thinking of getting a new laptop for uni. This may be a bit specific but I would like it to be a touch screen and have a pen and have good storage.
Are there any laptops you would recommend?
A touch screen isn't mandatory but it would be helpful.

What's your budget and what will you be using it for?
Less than £1500 with all equipment included. I know this may limit the suggestions :/
It will be for uni and for my own use. To be specific since I would like to write notes and use other facilities for uni etc and use applications like Spotify, discord, skype etc. That's all I can think of.
Please let me know if I have to be more specific!
