How to prove I'm a student to my dentist?

I've booked an appointment for a potential filling in June and was checking to see if I had to pay or not. It says you don't have to pay if you're under 18 or under 19 and in full-time education. I'm 18 and a full-time student at Uni of Leeds. Will they already know this or will I have to provide proof? If so, how do I go about this? Thank you.

You can ask for a certificate of attendance from your university registry.
Full time education doesn’t include university education. If you need help with paying dental NHS fees, you need to fill out an application form for the NHS Low Income Scheme if you’re eligible for it. This will give you a certificate from the NHS which will entitle you to reduced payments or free treatment.
