Having trouble Finishing out my approval/Conditional offer for Uni...

Long story short, I got accepted on an unconditional offer.
I sent in my portfolio/documents, the condition has been met, the review team accepted it...

Next step is I have to apprently pass this:

''This offer is subject to you obtaining A minimum of 112 UCAS Tariff points and Pass at IELTS with overall band score of at least 6.''

How and where do I pass the UCAS tariff points and the IELTS test? Im not currently in the UK either only planing to move there a month prior to starting my education.
Im honestly lost on the UCAS points and IELTS test that I have to pass.
The university has not sent anything helping me regarding this, only telling me to check UCAS, the communication is ''meh'' at best.

Not only that but I mentioned in my application that I lived in Australia for most my teenage life (Im not of English origin) Im just as good as the next English person here when it comes to verbal/reading/writing. So im a bit confused as to why I have to pass the IELT test in the first place as if they dont ''trust'' me.
Its a bit mind-boggling..

I've sent an email to my university to try and cofirm if indeed I need to pass the IELTS test and how do I confirm the 112 UCAS Points.

Question:
Where and how do I sign up for IELTS?
How do I prove/confirm 112 UCAS Points?

You can use this tool to work out your ucas points if you scroll https://www.ucas.com/ucas/tariff-calculator

No sure why you need to do the IELTS but found this with a quick google search https://www.ielts-exam.net/test-center-search/australia

Thank you, I see for the IELTS I need to go to a center to pass it, wow.
Ill see if I can ''finesse'' in not doing it, since them saying I need a 6 point to pass is laughable, when im well above that threshold from the get go, its odd.

For this UCAS calculator, so I put all my studies that I've done with the qualifications/grades that I passed.
How do they know in the off chance that im not lying? Im just a bit confused with all this since I have ALREADY sent in my portfolio/grades to the university directly.

I think im just going wait for the email response on their side of things to clear it up a bit.

Thank for the links!
Usually if you have been educated at an English speaking school then you are not required to take IELTS.
And if you are doing overseas qualifications then there will not be UCAS points listed for them.

I suggest you email the University admissions office and explain this - someone has just made you a UK offer with an overseas language requirement without thinking. They should have made you an offer with specifics for the qualifications you are taking, and without an IELTS requirement.
