Which University would you like to go to and which subject would you like to read?

Do your 'dream' course you could easily regret it later if you do a course you don't like.

Dream course = dream job........... versus................... uni you like for 3/4 years but not the course you love.

Look at it long term point of view. Wheres the other uni where the dream job is?

I'm still not quite sure what you are trying to say.

In one word, which subject do you want to read at University?

Surely course should take precedence if you want to study medicine? The context in which this question usually comes up is law/economics at a non-dream uni vs a less selective course at a dream uni. But this does not apply to you.
