Exercise for saggy breasts

What exercises can I do in order to lift saggy breasts? Besides exercise though, is there anything else I can try out?

There are no guarentees but if you include some sort of resistance training that targets the pectorial muscles(aka pecs) it might help.
Mostly genetics unfortunately, but training the pectorals as said above will help a tiny bit. These things are natural and shouldn’t be a concern.

I found this article that offers some sound advice.
Also important to note that the bulk of a breast is mostly fat, mammary glands and connective tissue, rather than just pure muscle.
