idk mate. In my country, there is no such thing as insurance or maybe there is that i am not aware of. afaik we just pay the money and then take the car. ez.
You've posted about doing education in the UK before so I'm certain you're aware that we need insurance here.

I'm very lucky I have it though, I'm 16 now and I got it when I was 14! I can't even drive it yet!

An awful 14 year old black Vauxhall corsa which my dad got for me and my brother to share.
Broke down all the time but it was awesome all the same 😂
