the accommodation is in finsbury park, next door to the underground. it is two stops away from kings cross.
it’s a great place to live, very modern on the same block as a lidl and sainsbury’s.
room is standard and 250 per week.

Hi I can't help with your tenant search, but some quick advice from me on changing tenants:
1) is the landlord charging a fee for this tenant change?
2) has the landlord confirmed how they wish to treat your security deposit and the security deposit for the incoming tenant? MIstakes here can put you and the incoming tenant at the mercy of an unscrupulous landlord and mean you lose a lot of money - for example the incoming tenant just refunding your deposit to you when they move in is best avoided.
