revision

hi

i'm a second year media student doing eduqas and i was just wondering how other people revise for media as i find it really difficult to do anything other than read over notes, and i didn't do that well in my last mock so with the next one in a couple weeks i'm curious what other people do?? and if anyone has any example answers i'd really appreciate it since my teacher has never showed us any and they're impossible to find on the internet :/

thanks!!

knowing theories really well- throw them into essays as much as possible!
^ same with media terminology
learning around your set texts- having knowledge of context is really important
knowing small facts like statistics will really elevate your answers
apply knowledge to the real world- you could be standing at a bus-stop looking at an advert and think about what you can analyse about it
https://resources.eduqas.co.uk/pages/ResourceSingle.aspx?rIid=970 these fact sheets are lifesavers!
https://www.essentialmediatheory.com/ really great website, and the book they sell is also really good
