Liverpool vs Newcastle university

I got an offer from both Liverpool and Newcastle university. The one in Liverpool is for BA Architecture and the one in Newcastle is for BA Architecture and Urban Planning, but i’m struggling to pick which one i want as my firm 😬 Has anyone got a place on the same course? I received replies from all 5 of my choices so i’m hoping to pick my firm and insurance soon

Try to visit both of your choices through an offer holders day or independent visit. Compare the courses in detail; look at the staff list to see what they specialise in, compare accommodation, cost of living, transport links to get home, etc.

However, if you are really set on becoming an architect, there are no guarantees that you will be able to transfer to the K100 course at the end of year one at Newcastle. In that regards, Liverpool would seem the safer option.

Take your time making your choice of firm and insurance. The deadline is a long way off so don't rush into it.
