University of Newcastle or Liverpool

Hi! I was looking for some advice for which university to apply too because I am very punctual and have to decide by tommorow 👍.
I don't know whether to pick the university of Liverpool or Newcastle (for geography) because whilst Liverpool has an amazing course (The modules are very interesting) I don't like the campus and I've read many bad reviews about the course being boring. The course at Newcastle is pretty mid but the reviews are better, I love the campus but the dropout rate is very high (12%). They also have a student exchange semester and more flexible language program which I am interested in. However, the course at Liverpool is way better so I don't know if it's stupid to go to Newcastle because the other facilities are better.
Any advice is appreciated or opinions on the universities because I am extremely lost lol.
