it stops me going outside, i don't want to interract with people and i feel resentful of more attractice people.

honestly, different people find different things attractive
there is no such thing as 'ugly'
i promise you people see you in a way better way than you see yourself because when you look in the mirror you are used to seeing those features so they don't amaze you anymore whereas in reality they are truly beautiful

Switch your focus away from your appearances and onto your employment history, finances, skillset and the happy future life that you want.
There are plenty of people who are average looking or below average who have worked hard to establish successful businesses, bbuilt very good careers, amassed considerable savings or founded specialist charitable groups/services that have provided crucial assistance to hundreds of extremely vulnerable reasonably behaved uk resident citizens in need of support due to no fault of their own and who would have had few/zero other avenues of assistance.
