During my examinations i was sick and could not score the required percentage in mathematics as per my conditional offer. Will the university still consider my application. I have scored cent percent in previous classes and also have a lot of medals in this subject.

This kind of thing is usually case by case, but definitely contact your college as soon as possible to let them know that you were ill so that they know to take it into consideration.
