Can I take exams at two different exam centres for 2 different subjects, considering they are unlikely to overlap?
I am resitting A level maths as I got a C in the subject, how do you recommend I go about it to get an A*?

For those taking A levels outside a traditional school or college setting - independent resists, home schooling, distance learning etc.

Do you think getting a part time job while resitting 2 a levels is good or should I not do it?

Yes, you can.

Heya!
To begin with I would recommend organising your revision time by making a timetable. Dedicate a certain amount of time to revision. Make sure your notes are up-to-date with the material (perhaps re-make the notes from the beginning so that they are fresh in your mind). For maths it's all about practice, so aim to do past papers. I would recommend doing the past papers by topic rather than by year ( save the year ones for your mocks). My teacher would give us around 50 questions for each topic to do and to practice  Start with your weakest topic. Do check out this blog as well on how to achieve an A* :h:

I hope this helps!

Hello, I've graduated from the Egyptian national high school but it's neither sufficient nor competitive so I decided to study international A-level. can I do it without IGCSE if I'll do it as a private candidate or self-taught. in order to apply for either UK or US unis.
and how can i study subjects on my own

It depends. Some subjects like physics, chemistry and biology will be very difficult to study in A levels without doing them in IGCSE. Other subjects like Accounting, business, english, economics and some others will be less difficult even if you didn't have them in IGCSE.
Hi, I’m wondering how I can book an exam. Is it legal to self study for one year and take an exam? I’m on a gap year and have loads of time so I wanted to pick up a new subject

Yes, of course it's legal. You can find an exam centre that accepts private candidates - the exam board will probably have a list of centres on their website. Tutors & Exams is a popular centre (they have many locations). I took A levels with 3A Tutors and would recommend them. Alternately, I believe some schools will allow you to take the exam.

Yes, you can study A levels without having done IGCSEs. What subjects would you be studying? You can use textbooks, YouTube videos, online revision websites, Physics & Maths Tutors (for practice questions), past papers, etc. to study the subjects.
Hey,

Does anyone where i can find past paper questions byb topic for aqa a level biology? as oppose to a whole past paper?

This way i can practice past paper questions after every topic i finish rather than wait to finish the whole syllabus and start doing mocks.
