Entry requirements for computer science at uni of sheffield

I am eligible for Access Sheffield so the requirements have been lowered to ABB, as long as Maths is A. However, I’m predicted a B for Maths but I still want to apply. Is this a waste of a university choice or should I apply? I really love the university and I want to go very badly but I’m not sure since I might not get the grades.

Ring them up and ask them they won't encourage you to apply if there's no chance

I'd apply and work hard on my Maths, it's only one grade up you can do it!

I didn't apply for Sheffield in the end, I really didn't think I could get the A in Maths, but in my mocks I ended up getting an A but I found other universities which I liked better anyway so I think it all went well in the end!
