I cannot reply to your direct message, as I am new to the community. So I am answering your question here, from what I can see on the course website, it does not seem to state anything about being registered for HCPC. I have my interview soon, and hopefully I can answer your question more clearly then. However, I am not HCPC registered, I was still offered an interview. So I guess it doesn't matter?
