I can't particularly recommend specific universities for this course. However, I can provide resources.

In terms of course rankings, see the following:

Do note, there is a lot of critcisms of university rankings, which often depends heavily on the metrics they use and how those metrics are measured:

What I would like to focus on is whether the degree you choose is accredited by professional bodies in marketing (particularly those that would be recognised by marketers in the country that you want to work in):
https://www.cim.co.uk/qualifications/cim-accredited-degree/
CIM is recognised worldwide, so irrespective of which country you work in the MSc would help you get recognised wherever you work.

Personal preference (with heavy bias), I prefer Exeter from the list. However, that might not be the best course for you e.g. will you like it? Does it cover material that you would enjoy studying? Do you like the people there? Will you like the environment? etc.

Having said that, you don't need a degree to get into marketing, and success in marketing depends on factors other than just your education e.g. how well can you perform your job and how much sales you can bring in. Also, getting the degree alone won't guarantee you a job or even an interview.
