ETHZ vs EPFL
Dear community,
I have been offered a position at EPFL and ETHZ for the upcoming year in Msc in physics. I am in a dilemma about which one to choose. I want to work on the Condensed Matter theory. I believe the Condensed matter theory group at ETHZ is more complete than the EPFL one. Nonetheless, there are certain drawbacks. I was worried when I realized that ETHZ is a 90 ECTS degree while EPFL is 120 ECTS. My goal is if I can make it after all to do a PhD in Switzerland. What do you think is the best option?
