What is 4 weeks from now? Medical schools are places, not events? Your post makes little sense.
Also for anything academic related the answer is almost certainly the extremely obvious one of "get a letter from your doctor confirming your illness and apply for mitigating circumstances". Which is the entire reason that process exists.
