Tenancy takeover bronze studio at merchant Studios

Hii ! I'm seeking for someone to take over the bronze studio at merchant studios starting from the 15th of April till the end of August.
The room is fully furnished, including a large closet, a sofa ,study desk, a bookshelf, and a fully functional kitchen with a microwave, and other essential appliances. Free, high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the accommodation . There’s a gym, bike storage, game rooms, study areas, and a laundry room.
24.7 CCTV cameras, management staff, and other security measures are available.

Rent is arround £184per week, all bills included, and paid at the beginning of the month.
This accommodation is located at Merchant City in the city centre , approximately 3 minutes from University of Strathclyde, 6 minutes from City of Glasgow College and 7 minutes from Buchanan bus station , 5 minutes from Queen street train station.
