Access to HE apply late
Am i able to apply late to uni with an Access to HE? As i don't turn 19 until march i was planning on attempting on finishing by late august and applying through clearing or applying late (basically literally doing nothing but my HE until it is finished) would i be able to apply through clearing with a HE or not?
