Do I have to upload a peice of evidence for DofE every single session?🤔

I'm doing my Bronze Duke of Edinburgh award at the moment and would like to know if I have to upload a peice of evidence for every single session/time I do a section. Such as skill I'm doing my street dance class for 6 months (24 sessions) - Do I need to take a picture, video or diary for every single session with a date or can I just do it now and agian(every few session)?

Hi, my assessor was pretty slack and I don’t really know about yours but I didn’t really upload any evidence. For example, I did clarinet lessons for one of my modules and all I uploaded was my assessors report and a picture of my clarinet and they approved it.
