Don't understand hospital discharge letter
On the letter it says that I: 'denies seeing or hearing what others dont in clear consiousness'

it could possibly mean that during your hospital visit your doctor asked you some questions regarding 'seeing or hearing what others don't' and that you 'denied' this while being fully aware that you said it = 'in clear consciousness'
now, I'm quoting what you said (and I'm not going to ask for details nor should you provide them) but if your doctor didn't ask you such questions, isn't there anyone else you could seek assistance from to give you some sort of clarification? perhaps contact the hospital or the doctor(s) you met again? I'm not the professional here, this advice is merely based on my own thoughts.
