Holiday week after circumcision
I’ve been on the waiting list for a circumcision for a while now and today I’ve been given a date of 1st June for the op. The only issue is I am due to go on holiday on 10th June. We’re not going abroad just staying in the Lake District for a week.
Will I be okay going away so soon after the operation? When I had my pre-op a few weeks ago I told the nurse I had this holiday booked so the hospital must think I’ll be okay?

Recovery time is typically 8-10 days. You'll likely be advised to take a week off after surgery. Your holiday is right towards the end of the timeframe so you should be okay. Do mention it to your doctor thought to get their opinion.
