Missed field trip gcse geography

Hi. My schools humanities dept is so bad at organising literally anything and everything. So much so that we have only recently done field trip 1/2 however we were made aware that other schools usually have a full day to complete it whereas we had an hour and a half. We have not yet done field trip 2 which is concerning as we have half term very soon and the geography exams pretty much straight after. My question is-what proportion of my overall geography paper is the field trip and what happens if we only do one and not both?!

Pretty sure we missed it at my school and ended up making it up. An utter fabrication
