Is using the specification or freesciencelessons better for making flashcards?

I have been using the specifications to make flashcards but i've seen a few people say that you can watch the freesciencelesson videos and make flashcards off of them. If this is true it would be extremely helpful since i sometimes struggle to make flashcards using the specification. Any help on whether or not i can use these videos to make flashcards and if so how to use them to make flashcards would be appreciated, thanks.

If you struggle with the spec, use freesciencelessons. He delivers information in a simple format so is ideal for flashcards.

Oh ok thanks a ton, thats is extremely helpful and reassuring. If you don't mind me asking should i just make flash cards on whatever is shown on the video
