History Coursework

Hi, I'm currently in year 12 and planning my history course work and have NO IDEAS. Can anyone help me out who done/ is doing it. I take excel but I'm pretty sure its similar to AQA. Any question ideas or source suggestions would be amazing!!!

I’m also doing edexcel.
My (class’) question is “In your view, what was the primary cause of the English Civil War, 1625-42”
The class doing modern courses is similar but on the causes of the Cold War.
In general, causation of a war or significant event seems to be a good idea, so maybe if there’s one around the time of one of the other courses you’re studying, it could work to do it on that?
