Hey Guys;

Just thinking but, if I was to give you a bag of crisps (standard share bag), how many times would you go back to it before you emptied it?

Myself, probably three times. 😐

Share bag of Doritos for example or something like that, 180g.

I weigh all of my food because I am terrible with portion sizing. So I'd pour out the exact amount the packaging indicates is 1 serving into a bowl then put the rest out of sight.
