I'm so stupid omg

I can't believe I ever thought I would be able to get into university this year... I researched universities, I filled in my UCAS application got references and personal statement (then decided to go through clearing), I spent ages trying to track down my certificates and I was telling everybody I know that this would be the year I start. I've just calculated everything and I've literally got a measly 44 UCAS points. I feel sick. I feel stupid. I also have just received a contract termination email for a job that I had. I've never felt so stupid in my life. I'm a literal waste of space. All I've got to show for my life right now is a very tiny part time volunteer job and a bunch of mental health diagnosis's and I'm turning 25 next week. I absolutely do not enjoy life right now as much as I did about 30 minutes ago when I did not know any of this information.

UPDATE: I GOT AN OFFER !!

Happy to advise but I will need some more info.

A level, BTEC etc grades and subjects?
What degree subjects are you aiming at?
Area of the country, or don't you mind?

I can't find anything like a Healthcare Foundation year in London / near London - and those outside London want more than 44 points. It might be more realistic to look for apprenticeships in social care etc https://www.gov.uk/apply-apprenticeship or via the NHS https://www.healthcareers.nhs.uk/career-planning/study-and-training/nhs-apprenticeships

I found a healthcare foundation year that I can do that requires a minimum of 32 points  I will have to transfer to Occupational Therapy after the first year but I think it will work! I just hope they will accept me tomorrow. And if not then I will do your suggestions which was the backup plan. I was just in my feelings I think.
