What is it like working for Aldi?

Basically, I have been invited to an initial interview/assessment for Aldi and I was wondering for the people that have worked there what is it like working at Aldi? I know that the basics of the place will be like most supermarkets/retail places. However, I was looking for a little more detail than that lol.

Also, what is the first interview usually like? I assume I will be sat down with a manager and they ask me general interview questions about customer service and past experience

P.S. I’m asking these questions because I’ve just been made redundant from a job I had for 4 years. So I’m exceptionally nervous about getting a new job. Any advice on Aldi employment would be brilliant also :smile:
