Second year entry for maths at University of Edinburgh

Hi, I want to apply for second year entry to Maths (BSc) at the University of Edinburgh. I'm doing maths, further maths, biology and chemistry a levels and have just completed my first year of college where I have just sat my maths a level because my sixth form college requires people who do maths and further maths to sit the maths a level at the end of first year and then further maths at the end of second year. When I look at the entry requirements for second year entry at Edinburgh it says "A*AA in one set of exams to include Mathematics at A* and Further Mathematics at A". Does this mean that because I am sitting maths and further maths in separate years and so not in "one set of exams" I am unable to apply?
That’s my reading of it. However it’s common to take Maths in lower sixth so I would probably contact them to clarify. Make sure they know you’ll be sitting 3 AL’s in upper sixth.
