Possibility of resitting again for dentistry.

Hi, I’m a resit applicant currently waiting to receive my results. I am aware that some uni’s don’t allow resits and the ones that do, only allow one attempt. I was just wondering if results day doesn’t go to plan, are my only alternatives to study abroad or pursue a postgrad degree?
