Maintenance loans and annual household income
Hello, I'm applying for new accomodation as a postgrad student who recieved a maintenance loan and also works part time.
Regarding a) whether my income is more than 35 times the monthly rent and b) what my annual household income is, should I include both my income from my paid work AND my total maintenance loan from the year? Or just my income from work? Unsure whether my maintenance loan counts as part of the annual household income.

I think you need to ask the rental agent what they classify/accept as income.
