I have not applied to uni in 2022 when I was supposed to with my predicted grades and I’m not sure how clearing works. Can I do clearing on results day even though I have not applied to any uni yet?
There is good general guidance about clearing via the following link. Yes, you can still use clearing even if you didn't apply in the main cycle, you need to make a UCAS application and to have paid the full application fee.

You are able to call up early if you already have your results. you wouldn't need to wait for results day.
