TfL student oyster
Hi yesterday my partner was caught using my oyster card it was seized and his details were taken. Have anyone experienced this as I keep reading that it might lead to court case
The chances of it leading to a court case are slim but not 0... Take it as anyone else using someone else's ID when it's very clearly not them. The police may or may not decide to pursue further action which may depend on a variety of things such as if they has history with police or any other piece of info they can find. They should really get their own Oyster card though...
same situation brother. what's the solution you got can you tell me?
